WE WILL MISS YOU
WHEN YOU ARE GONE: VOLUME TWO

"Underground
research elevator, going down," I said to myself, and to the others: "Shall we
see if we can talk to someone inside?"
"After you," Hunter said.
"Are you sure that you want to do this?" Janine asked me, grabbing my arm.
I pulled away from her.
"What's wrong, Janine?" I asked. "Scared someone's going to tell us to leave?

"Sometimes," she said, vaguely.
"You're acting weird. Maybe you should wait here. It will only take a minute," I
said.
"Fine," she said, crossing her arms.
I entered the building and Hunter followed me.
